No, but we can open the barn on 3 sides to let air through and we also have ceiling fans.

IS SANDCASTLE FARM A WORKING FARM?

Yes, we are always farming in some capacity.

ARE THERE RESTRICTED AREAS ON THE PROPERTY?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there are 3 residences on the farm and we make sure these areas are marked.

IS THERE PARKING FOR MY GUESTS?

Accepted Answer

Yes, parking is free and there is ample parking on property. We do provide parking attendants.

DO I NEED A DAY OF COORDINATOR OR WEDDING PLANNER?

Yes, we have a day of coordination service that can be added on to your wedding package or we can make other professional recommendations for wedding planning or day of coordination services.

CAN I USE MY OWN VENDORS?

Accepted Answer

Other than catering, you are free to choose your own professional vendors.  We supply a preferred vendors list in your client portal.  All vendors must be licensed and insured to deliver the services you've hired them to provide, even if they are family or friends.  Insurance Certificates needs to be provided to The Barn at Sandcastle Farm 10 days prior to your wedding.

IS ALCOHOL ALLOWED AT MY EVENT?

Yes, Sandcastle Farm has 3 bar packages to choose from.  Guests may not BYOB. All alcohol and bartending services are now provided in house.  Please contact us (https://www.thebarnatsandcastle.com/contact)for more information.

CAN I COME BY ANYTIME AND TAKE A TOUR OR LOOK AROUND?

Sandcastle Farm does not have staff on site during the day.  A staff member must be present for all tours and meetings. DO WE HAVE TIME TO PRACTICE OUR CEREMONY?

Yes, a rehearsal hour is provided for each wedding package we offer. One hour rehearsal blocks provide you with the time to practice your wedding ceremony. However, rehearsals are not guaranteed to be scheduled the day before your wedding.

ARE DOGS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY?

We welcome dogs to be part of the ceremony and on property for pictures.  They must be leashed at all times. Someone must be responsible for handling, cleaning up after and taking them home after pictures are complete. DO YOU OFFER OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS?

Yes, you may add overnight stays in our cabin the night before the wedding and the night of the wedding.  Only our clients may stay in the bridal cabin the night of the wedding.

DO YOU HAVE ANYWHERE FOR US TO GET READY?

Yes, we have bridal cabin used for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready in.  We also have a separate primitive cabin the guys can change in.

DO YOU HAVE RESTRICTIONS WITH SENDOFFS?

We love fun sendoffs and staff will be there to assist.  We do restrict the use of fake petals or non-biodegradable items for send offs and sparkler send offs may be cancelled depending on weather conditions.

DO YOU HAVE RESTRICTIONS ON DÉCOR?

We have very little restrictions on decor but most decor should be freestanding.  We prohibit tacks, nails or holes in the wall as well as fake petals, glitter and confetti.
